These terms govern your access to auraka.studio and any AURAKA-branded service. By using the website you agree to them.
1. Publisher

2. The service
TONAYR publishes, under the AURAKA brand, a portfolio website and mobile / desktop applications. The website itself is provided free of charge and "as is".
3. Apps
Each app published by AURAKA on the App Store is governed by Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA) plus any specific terms surfaced in-app. The same applies to apps distributed via other stores.
4. Intellectual property
The AURAKA name, logo, key art and all original content (text, illustrations, video, code) are the property of TONAYR SAS. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit or scrape the website.
- Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Do not impersonate TONAYR, AURAKA, our staff or our partners.
6. Third-party links
The website links to external services (App Store pages, social networks). We are not responsible for the content or terms of those services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TONAYR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of TONAYR's registered office (RCS Bergerac).
