This privacy policy explains what personal data AURAKA Studio ("AURAKA", "we", "us") collects when you visit auraka.studio or use one of our published apps, how we use that data, and the rights you have over it. We respect the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Apple's App Store privacy guidelines.

AURAKA is the trading name under which TONAYR publishes its games, apps, books and animation. Full publisher information is available on the legal notice page.
2. Data we collect on this website
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views, referrer, country, device type and screen size. No cookies are used to identify you personally.
- Contact form submissions — when you message us, we receive the name, email and content you provide. This is used solely to reply.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent and timestamp, retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
3. Data collected by our apps
Each AURAKA app declares its own data practices on its App Store page (the "App Privacy" section). In general:
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not collect data we do not need.
- Some apps use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) to ask you before any third-party tracking occurs.
- Some apps integrate ad mediation networks (listed in our app-ads.txt file). Their privacy policies apply when their ads are shown.
4. Legal bases for processing
We rely on the following legal bases under GDPR:
- Consent — for optional analytics and marketing communications.
- Legitimate interest — for fraud prevention, server-log security and aggregate product analytics.
- Contract performance — to deliver the features you sign up for inside an app.
5. Cookies
The auraka.studio website does not set any tracking cookie by default. The only storage we use is a small, first-party preference for the cookie banner choice itself, when applicable.
6. Sharing of data
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the service:
- Hosting provider for serving the website.
- Email provider for contact form delivery.
- Apple / Google for app distribution and crash reporting where the user has consented.
- Ad-mediation partners when an app shows ads (each is listed in our app-ads.txt).
We never sell personal data to third parties.
7. International transfers
Some service providers are located outside the European Economic Area. We ensure transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by the GDPR.
8. Retention
Contact form messages are kept for the time strictly necessary to handle your request and up to 24 months for follow-up correspondence. Server logs are kept for 30 days. App-related data retention is described in each app's specific privacy notice on its App Store page.
9. Your rights
You may at any time request:
- Access to your personal data.
- Correction or deletion of inaccurate data.
- Restriction of, or objection to, processing.
- Portability of the data you provided to us.
- Withdrawal of consent for any consent-based processing.

10. Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13. Some of our apps target a general audience and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
